DescriptionEdit

A "Deal" is the term used to describe a battle between two Entrepreneurs using Midas Money as offense, defense, and stamina. Upon the commencement of a Deal, two large eye-shaped symbols representing the Dealing Entres' wealth collide with each other, activating the timer. An Entre can choose their opponents for a deal, as well as refuse a weekly deal by paying half of their total wealth.

Deal RulesEdit

  1. Minimum of one deal per week. Entres are usually called by Masakaki to meet their opponent.
  2. Every Entre can use at least one Asset (summoned familiar) to attack his or her opponent or defend himself/herself. Most Entres have only one Asset, but particularly rich ones may have two or even three.
  3. If an Entre gets hit from an opponent, he or she will lose money. Taking too many hits will cause an Entre to go bankrupt.
  4. Attacks by both Entres and Assets ("flations" and "directs") cost money to use. However, if the attack hits an opponent, the attacking Entre drains money from said opponent, receiving profit/gain.
  5. A winning Entre receives Midas Money. The amount of money so received depends on the amount of damage dealt to opponent.
  6. If an Entre gets bankrupted, he or she will be forever banished from the Financial District and his or her "future" will be taken, vanishing from existance. if an Entre loses without going bankrupt, they will lose only part of their future (varying in importance depending on the gravity of the loss).
  7. The time limit of a deal is 666 seconds. After the time limit is up, if neither Entre has gone bankrupt, the winner will be decided from their margin of gain / loss.
  8. A Deal is never profitable to both Entres.

Deal CommandsEdit

Usually an Asset won't attack until it is commanded to do so by their respective Entre, but they will protect their Entre if there's danger coming to them.

  1. Open Deal: Announcer's command to start the battle.
  2. Direct: An Entre uses his/her funds to personally attack the opponent. This ability usually takes the form of a colorful energy blade extending from the hands of the Entre. The bigger the investment, the bigger and more powerful a Direct blade will be. Financially weak Entres' Directs are dagger-like, while a powerhouse like Mikuni can wield a building-sized sword.
  3. - Flation: An Entre makes an investment to allow their Asset to use a special ability. Flations are divided into three categories, ranked by their cost and power.
    • Microflation (Micro for small): weak special abilities, which require an investment of at least 100 000 yen.
    • Mezzoflation (Mezzo for medium): decently powerful abilities, which require at least a 1 million yen investment to use.
    • Macroflation (Macro for large): generally used only by the richest entres, those extremely powerful attacks always require at least 10 million yen of investment to use.
  4. [Asset] is Yours (Going Public): Selling some of the Asset's stock to public. Buyers become able to use a copy of the Asset. An Entre can sell up to 9 stocks (there is 10 stocks in total, 1 for the Entre and 9 in the Asset). This is typically used as a last resort by a losing Entre to gain enough money to avoid a loss and fuel a counterattack. The Entre can buy back their Asset's stock later.
  5. [Asset] is Mine: Buying another Entre's stock. The more money the buyer uses to purchase the stock, the larger the support power to the seller.

Deal AfterwordsEdit

  1. Closing: Announcer command to stop the battle. The Deal is Closed if a participant goes bankrupt, or if the 666 seconds time limit has ended.
  2. You have gain: The profit the Entre gets after winning a deal.
  3. You lost: The Entre loses money (ends up with less money than he/she started the Deal with) and consequently loses the duel. The Entre loses part of his/her future, but is not banished from the Financial District.
  4. You are bankrupt: Entre lost all of their money, loses their entire future and is banished from the Financial District.
